Gateway to Himalayan Art

September 25 was Museum Day, an annual event hosted by Smithsonian Media. Most museums are free admission but in order to take advantage of this, you have to go to their website and print out a voucher. TH expressed he wanted to return to the Rubin Museum of Art. I thought this was a great opportunity to the Rubin Museum.

If you are not familiar with the Rubin Museum, it is a museum featuring and promoting art of the Himalayas, which include Tibet and Nepal.
